Rotary tube furnace is a high temperature reactor with rotating function. It is specially designed for sintering of inorganic compound, such as, metal parts, mineral particles and battery material and with better uniformity.
Design Features:
- The tube is rotary&incline design to reach continuous working mode.
- Three independent heating zoneswith independent temperature controller to guarantee good uniform heating, user can also set temperature gradient according to actual need.
- Adjustable slanted control.
- Open design for two end of the tube.
- 30 steps of programmable temperature, PID automatic temperature controller.
- Combined aural and visual alarm for accident of over temperature & thermocouple broken, and the power supply of the heating part will cut off automatically.
